Salvatore Conti brings over 20 years of experience in various industries; including construction, real estate and real estate investing.
In 2000, he became CEO of Les Industries Imperial in the province of Quebec; which was a hardwood flooring manufacturer. With a background in International Business, Mr. Conti transformed a bankrupt company into a profitable international flooring distributor by partnering with the Canadian Government to create over 200 new jobs; and the Laurentian Bank of Canada to help finance his business ventures. In 2001, the company acquired a manufacturing plant in Brazil, to offer an exotic line of flooring; and they also opened a distribution division in Cheshire, England to service European clients. By early 2008, Mr. Conti took the company public and eventually sold his interests to a larger company in late 2013.
From 1998 – to present day, Mr. Conti has worked in construction and now owns a construction company that specializes in: full interior renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing and siding. He also has been investing in real estate in the southern regions of the United States with a private equity partner.
Present day, Mr. Conti is the CEO of Northern Horizon Abstract LLC; which is a full service title and settlement company that specializes in protecting lenders and investors with the purchases of their real estate properties. They assure that every property they insure for title is free and clear of any liens, and that nobody else can claim ownership of that property. We are licensed in NJ, PA, FL, and soon we will be licensed in NY,VA, NC, SC & GA.
Mr. Conti’s background in Real Estate Investing, construction and finance enables him to advise his clients on the most sound and profitable investments.
Mr. Conti currently serves as VP of New Jersey Sales for the Reputable Schwartz & CO. Capital Group known as SNCO Capital that specializes in lending nationwide all types of real estate bridge loans ranging from short term fix and flip loans to multifamily heavy rehabs as well as long term 30 yr fixed products as an alternative to traditional bank loans.
